This is by far the best kitchen knives that I have ever owned. I have this, the head of eight inches, the parks and the bread knife. All sports superior design and workmanship for a knife in this price range. They will cut knife and keep it surprisingly well. They are, in fact, if a little dangerous, as some of my friends to cut large underestimate their seriousness. This size is more varied and balanced truth, it seems I always leave the blade to be independenttask everything from cutting vegetables to Turkey sculpture.

This classic 6-inch utility knife is made from high-grade, rolled stainless steel and produced using Henckels's Sintermetal Component Technology. This process allows different grades of steel to be combined to form a single integral piece capable of withstanding extreme stress. The cutting edge features a special coating on one side that ensures prolonged sharpness without resharpening, and its full-length tang (the part of the blade that continues through to the end of the handle) gives you a better-balanced and stronger knife. I plan Henckels knives, used, and was very happy and now. The 6-inch knife is a perfect tool for everyday use in the kitchen. Perfectly balanced and comfortable in the hand, sharp as we can and quintessential "utility" of small items such as garlic, diced chopped nuts and opening big pumpkin, I can not imagine a better knife use. Very happy to see this available on Amazon.

I have to add this product to a certain spice to my everyday work hard in the kitchen. She is a beauty. Feels perfect in your hand and, although the potatoes and sliced zucchini pefectly. Compares well with my Wusthof at half price. Time will tell.
A Good Basic Kitchen Tool - Aderyn - Small-Town Michigan, USA
This is my favorite kitchen knife. Although it is a tool Midprice, it is necessary and has a good edge, fits my hand well and is well balanced. I think this is the first knife I reach for almost all tasks. I have one as a gift and get the same positive feedback from the receiver. This is an excellent value for money and if I buy knives, I look over this line.
