Zwilling J.A. Henckels new Profection series includes a new dynamic and powerful design that feels like absolute Profection in your hand. The design of these knives were developed in conjunction with the acclaimed designer Matteo Thun who's hallmark philosophy follows the principle of "aesthetics through reduction". By incorporating a new, precise sharpening technology, we created a design that includes a new slim wedge-shaped blade with a thin edge and a broader width on the back of the blade. The wedge shape makes it extremely easy to use the knife with the professional rocking motion. Due to the slim blade it cuts even more smoothly and holds it’s sharpness for a longer period of time.
